The Role

Dicey is hiring a Product Strategy Lead to be a force multiplier on our iGaming product team. You'll be the right hand to the Head of Product, taking ambiguous strategic problems — which player segments to win, how to differentiate from incumbents, where to invest the roadmap — and turning them into clear, defensible recommendations the team can act on.

This role is built for someone with elite analytical horsepower from top-tier strategy consulting who's hungry to move into product. You'll start by leaning into your existing strengths, structuring ambiguity, and framing strategic bets, but the expectation is that you'll progressively take on product execution.

What You'll Do

• Tackle Ambiguity: Lead strategic deep-dives on market entry, player acquisition, and feature prioritization.
• Analytical Rigor: Build financial models, market sizings, and competitive teardowns that drive roadmap decisions.
• Product Partnership: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering; write PRDs, debug metrics, and own feature outcomes.
• Voice of the Player: Run structured research and gambler interviews to ground the roadmap in real player behavior.
• PM Transition: Evolve toward a fuller product management remit over your first 6–12 months.

What You Bring

• Consulting Pedigree: 3–6 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent).
• Analytical Horsepower: Ability to take an ambiguous question, structure a problem tree, and stress-test assumptions.
• iGaming Passion: A genuine interest in poker, sports betting, or gambling products is non-negotiable.
• Execution Mindset: A desire to own outcomes and stay comfortable with the "messiness" of building a 0-to-1 product.
