Fantasy sports for news: call real-world events, climb the season standings, and trade the assets they move.
tab.markets calls itself fantasy sports for news. Instead of picking athletes, players make calls on real-world events: an earnings report, a market-moving headline or a breaking story surfaced from news and social feeds. Each call picks a direction before the event happens, and it counts as right when the asset actually moves that way. Calls can be free, just for the scoreboard, and are ranked in seasons with public standings, so the best readers of the news rise to the top.
The app pairs those signals with the real-world assets to act on them, traded inside the app. Users can back a call with a position in tokenized equities like xStocks or in perpetual futures, funded with USDC through a Privy-powered embedded wallet. For people who don't want to watch the feed all day, workflows chain triggers and trades together, and an AI thesis agent can draft a complete workflow for review, so a position opens automatically when the news it's waiting for lands.
tab.markets is live on Solana mainnet in closed beta, with access opened through limited ticket drops on the web and an iOS app on the way. It is backed by Monke Foundry and Superteam Georgia.
