Solana DApps Generate $35M in Revenue, Marking a 29-Week High
Solana’s decentralized applications posted their strongest weekly revenue total since early February, led by memecoin activity and DeFi trading across Pump.fun, Jupiter, and Raydium.

Solana’s decentralized application ecosystem generated $35 million in revenue last week, its highest weekly total in 29 weeks. The rebound was driven primarily by memecoin launches and trading activity, alongside continued demand for DeFi infrastructure across the network.
Memecoin Activity Leads the Rebound
Pump.fun, Solana’s leading memecoin launchpad, remains a central force in the network’s consumer-facing economy. The platform has generated between $8 million and $12 million in revenue during recent seven-day periods, while its lifetime revenue has surpassed $1 billion.
Memecoin activity also supports a wider chain of economic activity. Launches and subsequent trading create fees for decentralized exchanges, increase swap volume, and generate transaction fees that flow through to Solana validators and stakers.
The network’s principal trading protocols continue to be Jupiter and Raydium:
- Jupiter aggregates liquidity across Solana’s trading venues and routes swaps for users.
- Raydium provides automated market-making infrastructure that supports a substantial share of the ecosystem’s trading activity.
- High-volume trading connects application revenue with network fees and validator economics.
Revenue remains concentrated among a relatively small group of applications. Analytics from DeFiLlama and SolanaFloor indicate that the top-performing apps have accounted for approximately 60% to 78% of total weekly revenue.
Strong Quarterly Performance, Significant Volatility
Solana-based dApps collectively earned $257 million in Q2 2026, allowing the network to retain its position as the highest-revenue blockchain across Layer 1 and Layer 2 networks for the ninth consecutive quarter. Solana represented roughly 41% of total Web3 dApp revenue during that period.
The latest weekly figure is notable, but the year’s data also highlights the market’s volatility. Weekly revenue has ranged from approximately $16.94 million during quieter periods in April and May to nearly $50 million during stronger weeks. Monthly totals during peak periods earlier in 2026 exceeded $100 million.
That variability reflects Solana’s close relationship with speculative trading cycles. When memecoin launches and token turnover accelerate, application fees can rise rapidly; when activity fades, headline revenue can contract just as quickly.
What This Means
The $35 million weekly result suggests that Solana continues to capture substantial economic activity from both consumer applications and DeFi trading. Its nine-quarter run as the leading dApp revenue blockchain may strengthen the network’s appeal to institutional observers and support the case for durable ecosystem demand.
However, concentration in Pump.fun, Jupiter, Raydium, and other leading applications leaves the revenue profile exposed to platform-specific disruptions and shifts in speculative behavior. The immediate signal is positive, but sustaining growth will depend on broadening application revenue beyond memecoin-driven activity while preserving Solana’s trading and settlement advantages.
