Birdeye Launches Peak Institutional Market Terminal for Digital-Asset Allocators
Birdeye’s new Peak terminal combines onchain and offchain intelligence, portfolio analytics and research tools for institutions allocating capital across digital assets.
Birdeye has launched Birdeye Peak, an institutional market terminal designed to bring crypto market intelligence, asset fundamentals and portfolio analytics into one workspace. The product builds on five years of data infrastructure serving the Solana ecosystem, including Backpack and Solflare, alongside thousands of enterprise clients.
A Unified View Across Crypto Markets
The launch targets a workflow problem faced by professional allocators: assembling market information from multiple vendors whose metrics and methodologies may differ. Birdeye says Peak is intended to reduce that reconciliation burden by combining centralized and decentralized market data with offchain information used by institutional desks.
The terminal brings together:
- Market intelligence, asset fundamentals and anomaly detection
- Wallet and portfolio analytics across digital-asset positions
- Institutional indices and curated research
- ETF flows, regulatory filings and private funding activity
- Venue-level liquidity, order-book depth and exit-liquidity analysis
Peak uses a command-based interface rather than relying primarily on menus. Users can enter three- or four-letter commands alongside an asset, wallet or other object to move directly to a specific view. The structure covers tokens, wallets, protocols, ETFs and indices, with additional commands for screening and market sentiment.
Data Infrastructure Behind Peak
Birdeye says it indexes millions of tokens across more than 400 decentralized exchanges and 20 chains. The company also says its data supports thousands of enterprise customers, including wallets, exchanges and foundations, while providing coverage for newly launched networks from day one.
The company’s stated distinction is that it owns and operates the onchain data layer instead of relying entirely on licensed third-party feeds. According to Birdeye, this enables it to reconcile conflicting records at the source, apply consistent definitions across venues and build datasets tailored to client requirements. Institutional offchain datasets are licensed from established providers and normalized into the same framework.
Peak also includes Peak AI, an integrated research layer designed to identify relationships across datasets that users might not otherwise investigate. Professional workflows highlighted by the company include portfolio composition analysis, position sizing against venue liquidity, counterparty proof-of-reserves verification and benchmarking against institutional indices.
The product is offered as a paid subscription priced per seat and per organization. The launch announcement also cited support from Solana Foundation Chief Product Officer Vibhu Norby, who described Birdeye’s historical indexing and market-data APIs as important to several Solana-facing experiences.
What This Means
Peak’s launch reflects the growing demand for institutional-grade tooling as digital-asset markets become more fragmented across chains, venues and data types. By combining onchain analytics with traditional financial signals, Birdeye is positioning its terminal as a decision-making layer rather than a simple market-data feed.
For the Solana ecosystem, the product could broaden the infrastructure available to allocators evaluating liquidity, wallets and token markets. Its impact will ultimately depend on data quality, adoption by professional desks and whether the unified interface produces more reliable decisions than the fragmented workflows it aims to replace.
