Multiliquid Raises $8 Million to Bring Instant Tokenized-Asset Settlement to Solana
Uniform Labs’ Multiliquid has secured funding led by Polychain for a settlement platform that converts tokenized assets and stablecoins in one atomic transaction across Ethereum and Solana.
Uniform Labs, the developer of tokenized-asset settlement platform Multiliquid, has raised $8 million across pre-seed and seed funding rounds. The platform is live on Ethereum and Solana, targeting institutions that need faster ways to move between tokenized investments and stablecoins.
Funding and Platform Expansion
The latest seed round was led by Polychain, with participation from Strobe Ventures, CMT Digital, Metalayer Ventures, Generative Ventures, and Circle Ventures. Multiliquid’s pre-seed round was raised between May and June 2025, while its seed financing closed between April and June 2026, founder and CEO Will Beeson told The Block.
Multiliquid enables institutions to convert tokenized assets into stablecoins, or stablecoins into tokenized assets, through a single atomic transaction. The company said the platform supports assets from Wellington Management, VanEck, Janus Henderson, and Fasanara, alongside stablecoins including USDC.
The funding will support several priorities:
- Expanding protocol engineering
- Adding liquidity providers and trading venue partners
- Integrating more tokenized cash and Treasury products
- Extending the platform across Ethereum Virtual Machine networks and Solana
Multiliquid is already handling initial pilot transactions and plans to add liquidity providers during the fourth quarter. The company did not disclose transaction volume, assets settled, user numbers, or the identities of institutional clients.
Solving Redemption and Liquidity Delays
Although tokenized assets are recorded onchain, their subscription and redemption processes can still take days. Multiliquid said those delays make it difficult for institutions to rebalance reserves, meet margin calls, or change investment strategies as market conditions shift.
The platform aims to address that friction by providing continuous, net-asset-value-based conversions between tokenized assets and stablecoins. Unlike automated market makers, which can introduce price slippage, or traditional over-the-counter desks, which often rely on manual execution, Multiliquid automates both sides of the trade and settles them together on Ethereum or Solana.
The company’s intended use cases extend beyond simply cashing out tokenized investments. Target clients include:
- Asset issuers
- Institutional treasury teams
- DeFi lending protocols
- Market makers
Multiliquid is non-custodial and integrates with permissioned token standards. It says those integrations can enforce transfer restrictions, identity verification, and issuer-defined compliance requirements at the settlement layer.
What This Means
The funding adds institutional backing to a growing effort to make tokenized assets more usable for active treasury and collateral management. For Solana, Multiliquid’s live deployment and planned expansion could connect the network to more regulated tokenized cash, Treasury, and settlement flows.
If the platform attracts sufficient liquidity, atomic conversions could reduce the operational barriers that have limited institutional movement between tokenized products and stablecoins. The near-term test will be whether pilot transactions develop into meaningful volume and whether Multiliquid can maintain reliable pricing and compliance across multiple venues and chains.
