OSL Tokenizes 2WA’s USDGO Plus SP Fund on Solana for Hong Kong Investors
2WA’s market-neutral fund is now available as tokenized units through OSL’s Hong Kong app, with custody, real-time NAV updates and daily subscriptions and redemptions.

2WA has tokenized its USDGO Plus SP fund on Solana, bringing a market-neutral investment product built around the USDGO stablecoin to professional investors in Hong Kong. OSL Group is providing custody and distributing access through its OSL HK app.
A Tokenized Fund With a Traditional Wrapper
The product’s formal name is PrimePlus SPC’s USDGO Plus SP. Developed by 2WA and launched in August 2026, the fund seeks to generate returns without taking a directional bet on crypto prices. Its strategy is built on USDGO, a stablecoin backed by the US dollar.
Tokenization does not replace the fund’s regulated structure. Instead, the blockchain-based units operate on top of a traditional fund vehicle, combining an established investment wrapper with blockchain-based ownership and administration.
Investors access the fund through the OSL HK app, which provides real-time net asset value updates. Subscriptions and redemptions are available daily, while a T+0 express redemption feature is planned for late October 2026.
OSL’s Custody and Early Performance
OSL holds the fund’s assets, including the underlying USDGO. Its Hong Kong custody operation has more than $1 billion in digital asset insurance coverage, giving professional investors a familiar custody and risk-management framework alongside the tokenized structure.
The fund’s early reported figures include:
- 16.67% return since inception as of October 7, 2026.
- 17.05% annualized return over the previous 30 days, before fees.
- Daily subscriptions and redemptions through the OSL platform.
- Planned T+0 express redemptions for faster access to liquidity.
The reported returns are historical figures and do not guarantee future performance. The product’s market-neutral design also does not eliminate risks related to the strategy, stablecoin infrastructure, custody or the broader fund structure.
What This Means
The launch positions OSL as regulated infrastructure for tokenized investment products, combining custody, compliance and distribution rather than offering only blockchain settlement. For Solana, the fund adds another example of a traditional financial product using the network as an issuance and ownership layer.
The planned T+0 redemption feature could become the most important test of the model. Same-day liquidity would offer a practical advantage over slower legacy fund processes, but its value will depend on execution, investor demand and the fund’s ability to maintain orderly redemptions. If delivered, the feature may raise expectations for competing tokenized funds while giving professional investors a clearer reason to use blockchain-based fund units.
