Neuberger and Securitize Launch Tokenized Fixed-Income Fund on Solana and Three Other Chains
Neuberger’s first tokenized fund, a high-yield strategy managed through Securitize, will issue shares across Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche and Sui for qualified investors.

Neuberger Berman has launched its first tokenized fixed-income fund in partnership with Securitize, bringing an actively managed high-yield strategy to Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche and Sui. The product gives qualified investors blockchain-based access to a portfolio focused primarily on high-yield bonds.
A Multi-Chain Fixed-Income Product
The Neuberger Securitize High Income Tokenized Fund, identified by the ticker HINC, will invest mainly in high-yield corporate bonds. It may also take exposure to collateralized loan obligations and leveraged loans, according to the announcement.
Securitize will provide the infrastructure for issuing and managing tokenized fund shares across the four supported networks. By deploying the product on multiple chains, the firms are positioning the fund for access across several established blockchain ecosystems rather than limiting distribution to a single network.
The fund is available only to qualified investors. Its launch comes as investors seek higher yields and competition intensifies among issuers seeking corporate and government funding. Tokenization can provide a blockchain-based framework for representing ownership and administering fund shares, although the underlying strategy remains focused on traditional fixed-income markets.
Neuberger Brings Institutional Scale
The launch marks the first time Neuberger Berman will serve as subadvisor to a tokenized fund. The asset manager oversees approximately $613 billion overall, while its fixed-income platform manages more than $230 billion in assets.
The partnership combines Neuberger’s credit-management capabilities with Securitize’s digital-asset issuance infrastructure. The reported portfolio exposures include:
- High-yield bonds as the fund’s primary investment focus.
- Collateralized loan obligations, which can provide additional credit-market exposure.
- Leveraged loans as another component of the actively managed strategy.
Securitize has developed a significant presence in tokenized real-world assets. Data from RWA.xyz cited in the report shows approximately $4.96 billion in distributed asset value across 26 tokenized real-world assets.
Its products include BlackRock’s BUIDL fund, valued at about $2.7 billion, a $355 million tokenized AAA CLO fund and a $95 million Apollo diversified credit fund. Those products illustrate the platform’s focus on bringing institutional credit and cash-management products onto public blockchains.
What This Means
For Solana, HINC adds another institutional use case beyond trading, stablecoins and treasury products. A multi-chain fund from a major asset manager could help reinforce Solana’s role as a venue for regulated tokenized assets, particularly if qualified-investor demand translates into meaningful on-chain activity.
The launch does not disclose assets raised or the distribution of shares among the four networks, so its immediate impact on Solana’s liquidity and real-world-asset totals remains uncertain. Still, the participation of a $613 billion asset manager signals that tokenized fixed income is moving beyond pilot projects and toward a broader product category for institutional investors.
