Solana Taps Kalshi for Wall Street-Style High-Speed Data Feed Through DoubleZero Edge
DoubleZero Edge is extending its low-latency Solana data network to stream Kalshi prediction-market order books, bringing regulated financial-market feeds closer to crypto infrastructure.
DoubleZero Edge is expanding beyond Solana blockchain data by delivering real-time order books from Kalshi directly to institutional traders. The integration connects a high-performance crypto data network with a CFTC-regulated prediction-market platform, tightening the link between traditional financial infrastructure and Solana’s execution ecosystem.
From Solana Shreds to Market Data
DoubleZero Edge launched in April 2026 with a focus on transmitting Solana’s raw blockchain data, known as “shreds,” with minimal latency. By August 2026, the service had expanded to include full Level 1 and Level 2 order-book streaming for Kalshi’s sports contracts and crypto perpetual futures.
The two data levels serve different trading needs:
- Level 1: The best available bid and ask prices.
- Level 2: The full depth of the order book, including resting orders at each price level.
Before the integration, traders accessing Kalshi’s data generally relied on standard application programming interfaces. Those APIs can introduce additional latency, limiting how quickly sophisticated participants can monitor order flow and respond to changes in available liquidity.
By placing Kalshi’s order-book information on DoubleZero Edge, the network can deliver market data alongside the blockchain information it already handles. That creates a single, low-latency channel for traders operating across on-chain and regulated-market environments.
A Growing Solana Infrastructure Footprint
DoubleZero has already attracted substantial adoption from Solana validators and stakers. More than 63% of Solana’s mainnet stake, valued at roughly $21 billion at the time of reporting, had migrated to the network.
The Kalshi integration also builds on an earlier connection to Solana. In December 2025, Kalshi tokenized thousands of its market offerings on Solana, using DFlow for on-chain trading and Jupiter for liquidity. The contracts were represented as SPL tokens, Solana’s native token standard.
Kalshi has reported significant volume growth ahead of the DoubleZero expansion. Faster access to its order flow gives professional traders more timely visibility into sports and crypto markets, particularly where execution quality depends on speed and awareness of order-book changes.
What This Means
The expansion positions Solana not only as a blockchain settlement venue, but also as part of a broader financial-data distribution layer. DoubleZero’s ability to carry both blockchain shreds and regulated-market feeds could make its infrastructure more relevant to trading firms that need synchronized access to crypto and prediction-market activity.
For Kalshi, the integration offers a faster route for market information to reach sophisticated participants. For Solana’s ecosystem, it demonstrates how validator-oriented infrastructure can extend into institutional data services without abandoning its core blockchain role. The result is a closer operational relationship between crypto rails and Wall Street-style market infrastructure, with latency and data depth becoming central competitive factors.
