Nexusol.app ("Nexusol", "we", "us") is built by Intelligence Architects. This page explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have about it. We built Nexusol around wallet-based identity specifically so we could collect as little as possible — there is no account creation, no password, and we never take custody of your funds or private keys.

1. What we collect

Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, your public wallet address becomes your identity on Nexusol. We store it, along with the chain it's on, to link your activity (profile, forum posts, connections, points) across sessions. We never see or store your private keys or seed phrase — wallet connection and signing happen entirely through your wallet provider via Reown AppKit / WalletConnect.

Profile information you choose to add. Display name, avatar, bio, and X/Twitter handle — all optional, all editable or removable by you at any time.

Email address. Only if you subscribe to our newsletter or submit the contact form. Newsletter emails are sent through Resend; unsubscribing removes you from future sends.

Contact form submissions. Name, email, and message content, stored so we can respond. Used only to answer you — never shared or sold.

Basic usage data. Standard server request logs (via our hosting provider, Vercel) and wallet-connection analytics (via Reown AppKit) — the latter governed by Reown's own privacy policy. We do not run third-party ad-tracking or behavioral advertising scripts.

2. Cookies & local storage

We use a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries to make the app work — not for advertising:

  • A gate-access session cookie, so you don't have to re-enter access each visit.
  • A login session cookie, set once your wallet signature is verified.
  • A theme preference (light/dark), stored in your browser's local storage.
  • Connection state used by your wallet provider to reconnect your wallet on return visits.

3. How we use what we collect

  • To operate your account and keep you signed in between visits.
  • To show your profile, posts, and connections to other users, as you configure them.
  • To send newsletter issues and respond to contact form messages, if you opt in.
  • To detect abuse and keep the platform secure and functioning.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. Where data lives

Application data (profiles, posts, subscriptions, contact messages) is stored in our Postgres database, hosted by Neon. The app itself is hosted on Vercel. Email delivery is handled by Resend. None of these providers use your data for anything beyond providing their service to us.

5. On-chain activity

Any swap, transaction, or on-chain action you take through Nexusol (for example, via our Jupiter-integrated Trading Desk) happens directly on the Solana blockchain through your own wallet. We never hold, custody, or have access to your funds — those transactions are public and permanent on-chain, independent of anything we store.

6. Your choices

  • Edit or remove your profile information at any time from your account settings.
  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email we send.
  • Disconnect your wallet at any time — this ends your session immediately.
  • Request deletion of your account data by contacting us (see below).

7. Contact

Questions about this policy or your data? Reach us through our contact page. We're a small team based in Bangkok, Thailand, and read every message ourselves.

8. Changes to this policy

We'll update this page as Nexusol evolves and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here — this page is always the current source of truth.
