Privacy Policy

Account information (Google or X sign-in). When you sign in, we receive your name, profile photo, and (depending on the provider) email address or X handle, and create a Nexusol profile linked to that account via Better Auth. This is what powers your identity across Nexusol — your personal Terminal layout and saved Nexusol Research sessions.

Profile information you choose to add. Display name, avatar, bio, and X/Twitter handle — defaulted from your sign-in provider where available, and always editable or removable by you at any time.

Email address. From your Google or X sign-in as above, or separately if you subscribe to our newsletter or submit the contact form without signing in. Newsletter emails are sent through Resend; unsubscribing removes you from future sends.

Contact form submissions. Name, email, and message content, stored so we can respond. Used only to answer you — never shared or sold.

Basic usage data. Standard server request logs via our hosting provider and product analytics used to improve Nexusol. We do not run third-party behavioral advertising scripts.

We use a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries to make the app work — not for advertising:

• An account session cookie, set by Better Auth once you sign in with Google or X.
• A theme preference (light/dark), stored in your browser's local storage.

• To operate your account and keep you signed in between visits.
• To save and restore your personal Terminal layout and Nexusol Research sessions.
• To send newsletter issues and respond to contact form messages, if you opt in.
• To detect abuse and keep the platform secure and functioning.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Application data (profiles, Terminal layouts, Research sessions, contact messages) is stored in our Postgres database, hosted by DigitalOcean. The app itself is also hosted on DigitalOcean. Email delivery is handled by Resend. None of these providers use your data for anything beyond providing their service to us.

Nexusol does not currently connect to a crypto wallet or execute on-chain transactions on your behalf. All blockchain data shown on the platform — prices, TVL, on-chain metrics, validator stats — is read from public sources. We never have access to your funds or private keys.

• Edit or remove your profile information at any time from your account settings.
• Unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in any email we send.
• Sign out of your Google/X session at any time — that ends the session immediately.
• Request deletion of your account data by contacting us (see below).
