Securitize launches tokenized Apple, Nvidia, and Tesla stocks on Solana
Securitize Stocks is now live for eligible US and EU investors, offering share-backed tokens for 12 major equities with USDC settlement, dividends, and selected shareholder rights.

Securitize has launched Securitize Stocks, a platform offering blockchain-based versions of major US equities on Solana. The product went live on October 8, 2026, allowing eligible investors in the US and EU to access tokens backed 1:1 by shares held through a regulated brokerage.
Share-Backed Tokens on Solana
The platform uses Convertible Entitlement Tokens, or CETs. Each token represents an economic entitlement tied to an actual share held at Securitize’s regulated brokerage, rather than an uncollateralized synthetic asset.
According to Securitize, CET holders receive the economic benefits associated with the underlying stocks, including dividends, applicable voting rights, and other corporate actions. The initial lineup includes 12 equities:
- Apple (AAPL)
- Microsoft (MSFT)
- Nvidia (NVDA)
- Alphabet (GOOG)
- Tesla (TSLA)
- Meta (META)
- Amazon (AMZN)
- Netflix (NFLX)
- Circle (CRCL)
- Strategy (SPCXP)
- Strategy-related equity (STR)
- Palantir (PLTR)
Trading takes place on Securitize’s existing Solana-based PropAMM, with transactions settling in USDC rather than through traditional equity-market settlement infrastructure. Trading hours are extended at launch, although the company has positioned the offering as a step toward eventual 24/7 access.
Access, Liquidity, and Settlement
The service is not open to all investors. Participants must be eligible under the applicable US or EU requirements and complete know-your-customer and anti-money-laundering checks through Securitize’s broker-dealer platform.
Jump Trading is providing liquidity for the launch, while RQD is responsible for clearing, custody, and settlement. This division gives the platform institutional-market support while retaining Solana as the venue for token transfers and USDC-based settlement.
Securitize is also looking toward the New York Stock Exchange’s planned 24/7 digital trading platform as a potential future venue for the tokenized equities. The company has not described the initial launch as round-the-clock trading.
What This Means
The launch adds a regulated, institution-focused equity product to Solana’s growing on-chain financial infrastructure. By combining share backing, corporate-action support, and stablecoin settlement, Securitize is attempting to connect conventional stock ownership with blockchain-based trading rails.
The company’s recent activity reinforces that strategy. After listing on the NYSE in July 2026 under the ticker SECZ, Securitize tokenized $295 million of its own common stock on Solana and Avalanche. The new stock platform could increase demand for Solana-based settlement and liquidity, although access restrictions and limited launch hours mean the immediate market impact will depend on adoption by eligible investors.
