About
Roadmap
What's live, what's next and what's planned for Nexusol, phase by phase, plus the concepts that are deliberately not on the roadmap.
Nexusol will deepen what it already has, connect it through a common intelligence model, and prove value through complete user journeys before adding more. Phases 1 to 3 are live; phases 4 to 8 are the priorities, in order. Alongside them run user growth and participation in Colosseum, the Solana ecosystem's hackathon and accelerator program.
Phases
- Public shell: landing page, info pages, guide, FAQ and these docs
- News: Signal Brief, sentiment scoring, interviews, newsletter, monthly report
- Ecosystem: Project Directory, Atlas, validators, Solana events
- Ecosystem Health Score with six live sub-scores
- Market: Network Stats (including stablecoin supply) and Market Trends
- Terminal: a personal, drag-and-drop dashboard of live Solana panels
- Component library and starter templates
- Saved workspaces that persist to your account
- Google and X sign-in, linkable to one identity
- Opportunities: airdrops, bounties and grants, hackathons and a curated job market, all free with no sign-in
- Nexusol Research: a deep-research agent with cited sources, live web search and Solana RPC lookups
- NexusGraph: project connection graphs with a one-click hand-off to Research
- Nexusol Vibe: idea-to-blueprint builder with playable scenarios and a builder handoff pack
- Build Signal: a weekly build idea grounded in live ecosystem data
- MCP server: read-only access for AI agents, listed in the official MCP Registry
- Formalise observations, signals, evidence, claims, confidence, uncertainty, provenance, freshness, review and correction
- Make every important conclusion inspectable: its sources, freshness and what remains uncertain
- Better inputs: tokenized equities and staked SOL in Network Stats, official X API access, upgraded Birdeye access
- Entity resolution and an ecosystem knowledge graph, growing out of NexusGraph
- Link protocols, programs, repositories, governance, market behaviour, news, communities, risks, needs and opportunities
- Custom NexusGraphs: build and explore your own graphs
- Structured contributions, graph corrections and evidence review, building on today's project claims
- Research requests and community needs
- Multilingual participation and domain reputation
- Unify Build Signal, opportunity validation and Vibe blueprints into one journey
- Technical resources, collaborator discovery, grants and implementation export
- Post-launch monitoring of adoption, integrations, feedback and risks
- Situation rooms and monitoring missions
- Professional workspaces, APIs, embedded intelligence, benchmarks and institutional services
- Only after the core loop is proven
First flagship: protocol change intelligence
The first fully integrated use case. When a significant proposal, release, upgrade or incident appears, Nexusol detects it, identifies the affected projects, collects evidence, maps dependencies, explains the consequences to different audiences, invites review, publishes an intelligence brief and monitors what happens next. This one journey connects news, GitHub, Solana RPC, governance, the Atlas, research agents, communities, builder opportunities and outcome learning.
Measures of success
Provenance coverage, freshness, source diversity, confidence calibration, accepted corrections, and the usefulness of alerts and research.
Needs validated, builder teams formed, projects launched, community knowledge incorporated, missions completed and lessons reused.
Nexusol's future isn't decided by how many feeds it aggregates, but by the quality of the relationships it builds between activity, evidence, interpretation, people and action.
