Looty describes itself as an "element of chance engine": an always-on prize pool for tokenized real-world and on-chain assets on Solana. Players swap tokens they hold into keys (each worth $1 of pull credit) and pull against odds published per pool, winning real assets such as graded trading cards, watches, tokenized stocks, BTC, ETH, SOL, gold, blue-chip NFTs and other RWAs, which ship from the pool's shelf at the drawn value. It brings the "buy, open, trade up" loop of loot boxes, card packs and gacha on-chain.
Unlike a closed gacha shop, Looty doesn't buy its own inventory. Depositors stock the shelf with tokenized assets and take a share of the edge on every pull, paid in stablecoins at settlement, while prizes sit in escrow before a pool opens. Anyone holding whitelisted inventory can run their own pool from Looty's templates on the same published splits, and sponsors can fund bounties with keys held in escrow to pay for verified user actions.
The $LOOT token is the pool's native currency: it can always be used to buy keys, deposited to earn depositor terms plus $LOOT emissions, bonded to move up the depositor settlement queue, and staked for a rebate on a share of net losses in a losing quarter. The project says at least 70% of supply will seed the main pool at launch, and that prize solvency never depends on the token's price.
Looty began as a rewards platform. Before the chance engine, it ran custom rewards campaigns for five networks. It was acquired and rebuilt by the venture studio 021, and is built by Visitor, founder of Retardio, who launched and exited Retardio Casino ($150M+ wagered), and Shibuya, Retardio Casino's founding COO, Head of Product at Candylabs and a member of Superteam Thailand. As of October 2026 Looty is pre-launch: its $LOOT presale filled round 1 at a $17.5M FDV, with round 2 planned at $25M, and the main pool and token are slated to go live together on a roughly 90-day build target.
