Superteam Thailand is the Thailand chapter of Superteam, a talent network for the Solana ecosystem that operates as a loose collective across more than two dozen countries. The model is consistent across chapters: contributors complete paid work for Solana projects, are paid on-chain, and build a portable, verifiable record of what they have shipped, which opens access to larger opportunities over time.
Membership is earned rather than applied for, through completed bounties, referrals from established members, or notable public work, with no requirement around employer or educational background.
The chapter connects Thailand-based developers, designers, writers, and founders to the wider Superteam infrastructure: Superteam Earn, a board of bounties, grants, and jobs from Solana companies; Instagrants and regional Solana Foundation grants; Superteam Talent, a hiring pipeline built on contributors' track records; and Colosseum, Solana's hackathon, accelerator, and venture fund.
Its activities are organized around four areas: recruiting and onboarding new builders; helping take ideas to a working product through technical mentorship and demo nights; university partnerships and Thai-language technical content; and connecting local teams with investors through founder dinners and roundtables.
