Solana's summer builder residency in Salt Lake City.
MTNDAO community is discussing the technical and regulatory complexity of their stablecoin and financial infrastructure solutions, with genuine enthusiasm about Accord's potential impact on Solana and optimism about Stable's mortgage lending product capabilities.
People don't realize the impact Accord can have on @Solana just yet Think of it as a process of checks and balances that can be used to bring data from the real world🌍 on chain. Had a pleasant talk with @brian_smith_0 during @mtndao and he came up with a practical example. 👇
de_airport @mtndao X is over. Heading back to NYC. Love y’all 😘 https://t.co/xEj7VpanQ9
@AlphaSeeker21 @trystable @mtndao The real moat may be lender/warehouse integration, not settlement speed. If Stable can turn underwriting + funding + secondary-market liquidity into one interoperable workflow, the blockchain becomes invisible infrastructure—which is exactly what lenders need.
@trystable @mtndao most people assume the barrier to entry is technical but that's only half the battle. getting 10+ stakeholders aligned on a new financial product is where the real complexity lies
We aim to take this head on, with flexibility to audible whatever gets the job done. This is what I mean when I emphasize taking the technology as far as it can go in every solution. If stablecoins can get 90% of the way from the buyer to the end investor then we take them 90% of the way and start figuring out how to keep them there.
@trystable @mtndao Mortgages in US are regulated ad nauseam Are you sidestepping those partially, fully, or not at all ?
MTNDAO (Mountain DAO) is a Solana builder residency and coworking gathering held each summer in Salt Lake City, Utah. Over several weeks it brings together founders, engineers, and researchers from across the Solana ecosystem to build alongside one another, share progress, and close with a public demo day. It started as a community-funded DAO and has grown into one of the ecosystem's most established independent builder events, known for concentrating a large share of core Solana contributors in one place.
